Who We Are

Ultimate Performance is the global leader in personal training, with world-class studios spanning the globe from Sydney to Los Angeles. We have built our reputation on delivering exceptional results for our clients through science-backed training, nutrition and coaching.

We're now entering one of the most exciting chapters in our history. Following our Private Equity acquisition in 2024, we're scaling rapidly and investing in the people, systems and processes that will support our next phase of global growth. With a strengthened leadership team, a major rebrand launching in January 2026 and significant investment across the business, the momentum is real.

We are looking for an ambitious Finance Manager to join our growing Finance team.

The Role

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Management Accounts team, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely monthly financial reporting, while also supporting the wider Group Finance function with analysis, forecasting, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will play a key role in ensuring that the Finance team operates efficiently and consistently across the Group. Alongside maintaining high standards of financial control and reporting, you will be expected to challenge existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and encourage a culture where the team continually looks for better and more efficient ways of working.

What You’ll Do

  • Leading, mentoring and developing the Management Accounts team, creating a high-performing and collaborative culture.
  • Setting clear objectives, managing workloads and priorities, and supporting the professional development of team members.
  • Overseeing the month-end process and ensuring management accounts are delivered accurately and to deadline.
  • Supporting the preparation of consolidated Group Accounts at Topco level.
  • Contributing to the monthly Board reporting process, providing meaningful financial analysis and commentary.
  • Coordinating monthly reporting for our private equity investors, ensuring information is accurate, timely and aligned with expectations.
  • Managing monthly and quarterly financial reporting to external debt providers, including monitoring financial performance, cash flow and covenant compliance.
  • Working closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Director on reporting, analysis and ad-hoc projects.
  • Driving continuous improvement across the Finance function by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Overseeing intercompany reconciliations and settlements across the Group.
  • Supporting capex analysis and forecasting, working closely with the Head of Property.
  • Monitoring exceptional items and providing clear analysis and transparency around non-recurring transactions.
  • Working with the Financial Controller on cash management and allocation across entities.
  • Reviewing costs and financial performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
