Finance Manager | Perfect First Move from Audit into Industry

We are seeking an ambitious Finance Manager to take ownership of finance across two recently acquired businesses within a fast-growing, private-equity-backed international organisation.
This is more than a traditional Finance Manager role. You'll work closely with senior leadership, drive financial performance, lead month-end reporting, manage cash flow, support acquisitions and systems integration, and play a key role in scaling a growing business.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning end-to-end finance for two business entities
- Leading month-end P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
- Managing working capital, AP/AR and 13-week cash flow forecasting
- Supporting audits, compliance, tax and statutory requirements
- Driving finance process improvements and ERP migration projects (NetSuite)
- Delivering commercial insights and financial analysis to support business growth

What we're looking for:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong technical accounting and reporting experience
- Experience preparing management accounts and month-end reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, analysis)
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Ambitious, commercially minded and eager to accelerate your career
- The flexibility to travel 1 week per month to Ireland and North of England
