The Financial Manager Role
The Financial Manager role involves overseeing financial planning and analysis to support business decisions in the manufacturing sector. You'll play a key part in managing budgets, forecasting, and providing insights that help the business achieve its goals.

Description
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to guide business planning.
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support decision-making through in-depth financial modelling and analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment across the business.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Lead and develop a small team to support financial operations.
- Present financial reports and findings to senior management.

Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills to manage and develop a team.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing sector is a plus.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000 dependent on the level of experience.
- 25 days holiday.
