EVH Grade 8 (PA28-PA31): £51,075 - £55,259 (pro rata for part-time hours)

We’re seeking a strategic and experienced finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to influence, collaborate and lead. Reporting directly to the Director, this is a key leadership role with responsibility for shaping the Association’s long-term financial strategy and supporting the delivery of our ambitious business plan.
You Will Be
- Professionally qualified (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent)
- An experienced finance leader with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial management
- Commercially aware, strategically minded and highly analytical
- Skilled in budgeting, business planning, treasury management and financial reporting
- An effective communicator, capable of presenting financial information clearly to a range of audiences
- A collaborative relationship builder who thrives when working with colleagues, Board members, auditors, lenders and external stakeholders

As Finance Manager, you will contribute to the financial stewardship of both organisations, helping maximise their positive impact across the community.
