Finance Manager (UK)
Location: London, United Kingdom
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial operations for the UK subsidiary, including budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management.
- Tax & Compliance: Lead tax planning initiatives to ensure full regulatory compliance, targeting an annual tax efficiency rate of ≥95%.
- System Localization: Develop and implement localized financial policies and procedures tailored to the UK market, establishing a robust international finance framework.
- Audit Coordination: Manage the annual audit process and ensure the timely and accurate submission of statutory financial reports.

Qualifications
- Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree or above. ACCA/CPA qualification is highly preferred. Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in multinational corporations.
- Local Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on finance experience in the UK. IELTS 6.5 or equivalent business English proficiency.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and HMRC regulations. Proven track record of leading overseas finance projects.
- Global Mindset: Overseas study background preferred, with strong cross-cultural communication skills. Must be willing to relocate to the UK or travel frequently as required.
