With a collaborative culture and a focus on continuous improvement, the business is seeking a Finance Manager who can provide strong financial leadership while developing and supporting a high-performing finance team.
Your new role
As Finance Manager, you will lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust financial controls and effective financial management across the organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide valuable financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making while helping to drive business performance.
Alongside responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial analysis, you will play a key role in developing and motivating an established finance team. You will create a positive and collaborative working environment, ensuring the team continues to perform effectively while meeting key deadlines and objectives.

This is a varied and hands-on leadership role that requires a balance of operational finance expertise, commercial awareness and strong people management. You will also contribute to management accounting activities, support statutory reporting requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiencies across the finance function.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or ICAS) or qualified by experience, with previous experience operating at Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller level. Most importantly, you will have a proven track record of leading and developing finance teams and enjoy helping individuals and teams reach their full potential.
You will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build strong relationships across both finance and operational functions. A proactive and hands-on approach, combined with strong commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment, will be essential for success in this role.
