Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive financial management of overseas subsidiaries, including budgeting, cost control, and cash flow operations.
  • Lead overseas tax planning to ensure full compliance, with annual tax-saving target achievement rate ≥ 95%.
  • Build an international finance system and drive the localization, formulation, and implementation of overseas financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage annual audit processes and ensure timely and accurate submission of financial.

  • Bachelor's degree or above; ACCA/CPA qualification preferred; 5+ years of financial management experience in multinational corporations.
  • Minimum 2 years of finance work experience in the UK; IELTS 6.5 or equivalent business English proficiency.
  • Deep knowledge of local accounting standards (UK GAAP/IFRS); proven track record of leading overseas finance projects.
  • Overseas education background preferred; experienced in cross-cultural business communication; open to overseas relocation or frequent travel.
  • Work location: London, UK.
