Finance Manager Real Estate £75,000 plus bonus

My client is an international Private Equity house with a significant investment in Real Estate

Location: Central London (West End)

We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner to support our strategic land business. This is a key role working closely with the Managing Director and Land and Planning team, providing financial reporting, insight, modelling, and performance tracking across a diverse portfolio of strategic land investments. The role is in a transition phase with the wind-down of the house-building business and a refocus on strategic land promotion and land trading activities.

This role will play a key role in driving decision-making through robust financial reporting, high-quality analysis, and forward-looking modelling, working closely with the wider finance team in London and the land and planning team in Horsham.

  • Supervise the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate coding and efficient approval workflows
  • Responsible for overseeing outsourced payroll and PAYE filing
  • Preparation and filing of VAT and CIS (where applicable)
  • Other filings as required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
