Finance Manager
£70,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
Remote with travel to Central London 2-3 days per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Finance Manager to join a growing international SAAS business. The company is growing rapidly and looking for a hands-on finance professional to help strengthen controls, improve reporting, and support the development of a scalable finance function.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a broad and highly visible role offering ownership of month-end processes, consolidated reporting, international entity oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment where your input will directly influence the future of the finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the month-end close process
- Prepare accurate and timely management accounts
- Produce group consolidations across multiple international entities
- Manage relationships with overseas accountants and advisors
- Support statutory compliance and audit activities
- Strengthen financial controls and governance processes
- Deliver insightful reporting, budgeting and forecasting support
- Drive process improvements, automation and efficiency initiatives
- Mentor and support junior finance team members
- Assist with the development of scalable systems and reporting frameworks

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong management accounting and financial control experience
- Experience owning month-end close and management reporting processes
- Excellent Excel skills
- Process improvement mindset with a proactive approach
- Comfortable operating independently within a flexible, mostly remote working environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of working in a SAAS environment would be highly advantageous
- Must be comfortable travelling to Central London 2-3 times a month
