Finance Manager

£70,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
Remote with travel to Central London 2-3 days per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Finance Manager to join a growing international SAAS business. The company is growing rapidly and looking for a hands-on finance professional to help strengthen controls, improve reporting, and support the development of a scalable finance function.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a broad and highly visible role offering ownership of month-end processes, consolidated reporting, international entity oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment where your input will directly influence the future of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the month-end close process
  • Prepare accurate and timely management accounts
  • Produce group consolidations across multiple international entities
  • Manage relationships with overseas accountants and advisors
  • Support statutory compliance and audit activities
  • Strengthen financial controls and governance processes
  • Deliver insightful reporting, budgeting and forecasting support
  • Drive process improvements, automation and efficiency initiatives
  • Mentor and support junior finance team members
  • Assist with the development of scalable systems and reporting frameworks

About You

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
  • Strong management accounting and financial control experience
  • Experience owning month-end close and management reporting processes
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Process improvement mindset with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable operating independently within a flexible, mostly remote working environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of working in a SAAS environment would be highly advantageous
  • Must be comfortable travelling to Central London 2-3 times a month
