Finance Manager | High-Growth AI Technology Business | London Hybrid
£70,000-£80,000 + Bonus, Equity & Benefits
I'm partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed technology business that is scaling rapidly across international markets. Following a period of exceptional growth, the business is looking to appoint a Finance Manager to help build and scale a best-in-class finance function.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a broad, hands-on role with significant ownership from day one. You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day finance operations across UK and international entities, whilst helping to improve controls, implement systems and drive automation across key finance processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious qualified accountant looking to step into a highly visible role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Month-End
- Own the month-end close process, including reconciliations, reporting and multi-entity consolidations across UK and international operations.
- Accounts Payable & Collections
- Take ownership of AP and collections, acting as the key finance contact for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Payroll & Commissions
- Manage payroll and sales commission processes, ensuring accuracy and effective coordination across multiple teams.
- Systems & Automation
- Support the development and optimisation of the finance technology stack, identifying opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
- Controls & Compliance
- Strengthen financial controls, maintain accurate accounting records and support compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Process Improvement
- Build scalable processes and help establish a modern finance function capable of supporting continued growth.
- Business Partnering
- Work closely with senior leadership, providing financial support, analysis and insight to aid decision-making.

What We're Looking For

- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant
- Several years' post-qualified experience within industry
- Experience owning month-end close end-to-end
- Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience
- Exposure to multi-entity and/or international businesses
- Technology, SaaS or high-growth business experience advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mentality
- Passion for process improvement, systems and automation
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on role with broad responsibility
