A highly successful international business operating within the manufacturing sector is embarking on a major finance transformation programme. With significant investment in technology, systems and process improvement, the organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Manager focusing on SAP systems to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of its finance function.
Your new role
This is a unique opportunity for you as a qualified finance professional to lead the finance workstream of a large-scale ERP transformation within a complex, multinational environment. Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance, IT and operations, you will drive the successful delivery of the systems programme, ensuring finance processes are optimised, embedded and adopted across multiple international locations.
You will be responsible for managing finance change activities throughout the project lifecycle, from process design through to data, user engagement, training and transition into BAU operations.

The position offers you significant exposure to international teams and senior leadership, making it an excellent opportunity if you enjoy combining technical finance expertise with project delivery and business change leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) with proven experience supporting or leading finance transformation projects.
You will also demonstrate:
- Experience delivering ERP implementation or finance systems transformation projects (SAP very advantageous)
- Strong understanding of finance processes, controls and reporting requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience driving organisational change and user adoption
- A collaborative approach with the ability to influence across multiple functions
- Confidence working within international and complex business environments
