Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a role that combines strategic influence, operational leadership, and meaningful impact?

Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to lead our finance function and contribute to the delivery of life-changing services that support autistic children and young people across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Reporting to the Head of Finance and Corporate Services, you will provide professional financial leadership, ensuring robust financial management, regulatory compliance, effective governance, and strategic support to the organisation.

What You will Be Doing

  • Leading the day-to-day management of the Finance Team
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and governance standards
  • Managing financial controls, risk management processes, and reporting obligations
  • Supporting payroll, procurement, and financial systems improvement
  • Contributing to organisational planning and continuous improvement initiatives

What We are Looking For

You will be:

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent)
  • An experienced finance leader with strong technical expertise
  • Skilled in budget management, financial reporting, and financial planning
  • A confident communicator able to present financial information to a range of stakeholders
  • Committed to high standards of governance, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation
