Finance Manager – PE-Backed Technology Business
£70,000 – £80,000 + Bonus | Hybrid Working
We are partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed technology business to recruit a Finance Manager into its expanding finance team.
This is a broad and highly visible role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of key areas of finance while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance function, managing and developing a small team, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the month-end close and management reporting process
- Managing and developing members of the finance team
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Balance sheet management and reconciliations
- Supporting statutory reporting, audit and compliance
- Improving financial controls, processes and reporting
- Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
- Supporting ongoing projects and transformation as the business continues to scale
Requirements
The successful candidate must have previous NetSuite experience, alongside a strong track record of managing and developing a finance team. You will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience working within a fast-paced, growing business. Previous experience within technology, private equity or another high-growth environment would be advantageous.

Salary and Working Pattern
- Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + bonus
