Finance Manager (Turkish Speaking)
Location: Waltham Cross, London
Employment: Full-time
Industry: Food & Beverage / FMCG
Team: 4 Finance Team Members
Reporting to: Head Office, Turkey
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing Food & Beverage business in the UK. The role will involve managing the UK finance function, leading a team of four finance professionals and working closely with senior management and Head Office in Turkey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 4 finance staff
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, payments, cash flow, and banking
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance
- Lead month-end and year-end processes
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to Head Office in Turkey
- Maintain strong financial controls and UK compliance
- Liaise with accountants, auditors, banks, and external partners

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Senior Accountant
- Previous experience managing a finance team
- Strong UK accounting and financial management knowledge
- Good Excel and accounting systems skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Fluent Turkish and English, written and spoken
- FMCG, Food & Beverage, retail, or wholesale experience is advantageous
