Schools Finance Manager
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance or Accounts Manager to join their team within the education sector.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintaining strong financial processes and supporting the Bursar in key financial functions
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Prepare weekly supplier payment schedules, bank reconciliations, annual budget preparations, order processing, purchase orders, petty cash
- Follow up on outstanding payments / fees, insurance renewals & lease agreements
- Handle staff expenses and reimbursements

Requirements:
- Accounting qualification preferred (Qualified or part-qualified)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential
- Strong finance background, preferably with an accounting qualification, and be confident in financial process implementation
- Strong financial acumen with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills
