Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a role where your skills can make a real difference to the community? Shantona Women & Family Services is looking for a committed and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Harehills, Leeds.

Over the years, we have grown alongside the communities we serve, providing services and opportunities that promote wellbeing, safety, empowerment and stronger communities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who can bring strong financial expertise while sharing our commitment to making a positive difference.

💼 THE ROLE

Finance Manager

  • 14 hours per week
  • £32,000–£35,000 + 6% pension contribution (pro rata)
  • 📍 Shantona, Harehills, Leeds
  • 📄 Permanent, subject to funding

You will oversee Shantona’s financial operations, including:

  • Budgeting and financial planning
  • Financial reporting
  • Payroll and pensions
  • Tax and statutory returns
  • Audits and financial compliance
  • Supporting strategic decision-making
  • Working with the CEO, SLT and Board of Trustees
  • Managing and supporting the Finance Officer
