As part of a close knit finance team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to key strategic decisions, and play an integral role in supporting the continued success of the organisation.
Your new role
In your new role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of the day to day finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust controls, and valuable commercial insight to support decision-making across a diverse property portfolio. Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cash flow management
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Financial analysis
- Overseeing transactional finance processes
You will also support strategic projects, drive process improvements, and work collaboratively with operational teams across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role. You'll have previous experience operating in a Finance Manager or similar position, with the ability to manage cash flow, produce accurate financial reporting, and provide meaningful commercial insight. Strong Excel and finance systems knowledge are essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business. A proactive, hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key, while previous property sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
