3–6 Month Contract | Immediate Start | Hybrid (1 day per week in office)
A PE-backed international business is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of accounting, reporting and cashflow across their European entities.
This is a high-impact role at a critical stage in the company's journey following recent investment. You'll work directly with the CFO, MDs and European leadership team, helping strengthen financial controls, improve reporting and drive finance transformation initiatives across the region.

Responsibilities
- Own month-end close and management reporting across three European entities
- Produce accurate P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
- Lead cashflow forecasting, funding requests and payment approvals
- Review and improve Balance Sheet reconciliations and accounting controls
- Support VAT, statutory reporting and tax processes
- Manage two Finance Assistants
- Partner with the CFO and MDs on financial performance reviews
- Drive process improvements and help elevate finance operations to PE-backed standards

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Management Accountant background
- Strong month-end, reporting and Balance Sheet experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience preferred but not essential
- PE-backed, multi-entity or international experience highly desirable
- Immediately available or available at short notice
