We are recruiting for a Venture Capital investor who are backed by some of the world’s largest financial institutions. Due to significant growth, they are looking to expand their finance team by welcoming a Finance Manager to the team.

This is an amazing opportunity for a newly qualified accountant keen to make a move into a fast-growing venture capital fund in a wide-ranging and varied role.
Your Role:
- Overseeing the day-to-day accounting for the group entities, including maintenance of all financial data and information
- Ownership of the portfolio company data collection, analysis, and reporting across financial and ESG metrics
- Assisting with the preparation of internal management information, investor reporting, annual financial statements, tax returns, and fundraising materials
- Assisting with the regulatory responsibilities and overseeing the completion of the compliance monitoring
- Deliver reporting and insights to both internal and external stakeholders
- Working closely with fund administrators to make sure all fund reporting obligations are met
- Ad hoc projects when required

Your Skills and Qualifications:
- You will be a newly qualified accountant with up to 2 years post-qualified experience
- Experience with venture capital or private equity clients is ideal
- Exposure to fund finance, investment valuations, and data analysis is ideal but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Team player and very proactive
They are looking to offer the successful candidate £60,000 - £70,000 with a great bonus and benefits.
