Job Opportunity: Financial Management Specialist
We're need some experienced hands to take over our ongoing financial tracking, bookkeeping, forecasting, budget and strategy.
You will supported by our Treasurer, Trevor, our external charted Accountants, (via quickbooks) and our board member CFO Will.
What difference will you make?
Our CEO Pasco is the first to admit numbers are not is strongest skill set. He needs hands on support managing our business model in the sheets so that he can have an accurate ongoing picture of the status of the budget and this early non-profit org evolves.
As Men's Circle evolves, finds it feet and experiments with new services, this person will be integral to adjusting our budget as things grow.

Pasco is also looking this person to support with a large 2nd stage grant application with Movember in the new 2 weeks, with the budget specifically.
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years professional experience handling Ops management, financial management, and working with the leadership team to track and automate ongoing financial models.
- This person can work well in a team and in a self-managed, self-directed manner.
- This person is highly motivated and an excellent communicator with team mates.

Remote
What will you be doing?
- You will take the lead of our financial model - including management accounts, monthly board reports, budget tracking, forecasting and strategy.
- You will manage our ongoing member CRM data, Stripe reports, bank statements to track our financial and Ops numbers to give us a live dashboard on the status of the business.
- You will work with our long-term volunteer Treasurer (Trevor) our external charted Accountants, (via quickbooks) and our volunteer COO/CFO Board Member (Will), and our CEO Pasco.
