Exciting Role: Finance Manager
We have a very exciting role to share - our client is looking for a Finance Manager to join their expanding team. Our client is a pioneer in their field, building Quantum Systems for the real world, it's an opportunity to be part of something amazing. The ideal candidate will report to the Group FC and be responsible for leading and improving operational finance. This role combines hands-on operational delivery with process improvement and people leadership to help build scalable finance functions and support international growth.

Responsibilities
- Month end close
- Financial analysis to support Group FC and FP&A
- Supporting AP function, overseeing payroll
- Managing/mentoring team
- VAT and statutory finance, treasury
- Ensuring robust controls in place
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Continuous improvement of finance processes/systems and controls

Qualifications and Experience
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Experience of month-end close, balance sheet reconciliation
- Proven experience of process and controls improvement
- Excellent financial accounting and operational knowledge
- Team management and mentoring
- Good understanding/knowledge of ERP systems
