Robert Half is partnering with a well-established multi-hundred-million-pound international group to recruit a Finance Manager. Operating across the UK and Europe, the business is continuing to invest in its people, systems and infrastructure, creating an exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join during a period of growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant. Joining during a period of significant growth, you'll work closely with the Group Finance Director and play a key role in shaping the finance function.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end close across multiple UK and European entities.
- Prepare and review management accounts, balance sheets and cash flow reporting.
- Own balance sheet reconciliations and strengthen financial controls.
- Support statutory accounts, audit and VAT compliance.
- Drive process improvements and finance transformation projects.
- Support finance systems development and continuous improvement.
- Partner with the wider business to improve reporting and working capital.
- Help develop a scalable finance function to support continued growth.
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Experience within a multi-entity environment is desirable.
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems.
- Proactive, organised and keen to drive improvements.
