Finance Manager | Expanding Hospitality Business
Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 + Bonus
Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

We're looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership and help shape the future of the finance function. This is a high-impact role within a multi-site hospitality business, offering genuine influence, leadership exposure, and the opportunity to drive commercial performance.
The Role
This is far more than a traditional finance position. You'll sit at the centre of the business, driving financial operations, improving reporting, and partnering with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
You'll play a key role in scaling processes, enhancing controls, and ensuring the business has the financial insight needed to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly management accounts production, delivering timely and accurate financial reporting
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across multiple sites
- Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability and improve performance
- Deliver insightful KPI reporting and commercial analysis to support strategic decisions
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and strengthen financial controls
- Support year-end audit and statutory reporting processes
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting, and finance processes
- Mentor and develop junior finance team members
- Provide commercial recommendations to drive revenue growth and cost efficiencies

About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Previous Finance Manager experience within hospitality, leisure, hotels, restaurants, or a multi-site consumer environment
- Strong management accounting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills
- Comfortable partnering with non-finance stakeholders across the business
- Experience improving processes and operating in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially minded with the confidence to challenge and influence
- Hands-on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Thrives in high-growth and evolving businesses
