Full time, Hybrid [4 days in office] - London, West Kensington based
Salary: £55-£60K
The Role
Kinly is hiring for its first Finance Manager. We're looking for a qualified accountant with PQE in management accounting who wants to own a whole function next. You will be given significant reporting responsibility from day one rather than growing into it and pick up technical accounting, compliance and treasury work as we scale.
You will work directly with the FD and CEO building the machine and doing the work at the same time. In the first year you will own the transactional cycle end to end, produce monthly management accounts, and help implement controls and procedures as the business grows. The role suits someone who wants exposure and ownership early, rather than a strictly defined role within a stagnant team.
Accounts receivable
- Work with the sales team to manage AR.
- Reconcile receipts with bank and resolve disputes with the commercial team.
- Report weekly on collections and aged debtor profile.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
