Are you looking for your first move from practice into industry or looking to expand your post qualification experience in a rapidly growing global fintech?

Join one of Europe's fastest growing regulated fintech businesses.

We're partnering with an innovative financial services business that is reshaping the way consumers interact with money. Following significant growth, continued investment and an expanding product suite, they're strengthening their UK finance function with the appointment of a Finance Manager.

This role is perfect for someone that is looking for their first move out of a practice environment or someone that is looking to expand on their post qualification experience. The client considers the position a hybrid or generalist role, which would give you all-rounded experience within industry including a commercial focus.

This is far more than a traditional financial reporting role. You'll operate at the centre of the finance function, working across financial control, planning, treasury, regulatory reporting and business partnering.

The environment is fast-paced, collaborative and constantly evolving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and solving new problems.

You'll work closely with senior finance leaders and gain exposure to strategic initiatives as the business continues to grow within a highly regulated environment.

The Opportunity

This role offers broad exposure across the finance function, combining technical financial control with commercial insight and strategic planning. You'll have genuine ownership while helping shape processes, improve reporting and support key business decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The type of person who will thrive;
