Finance Manager, Global Entertainment, Central London, up to £65k + 15% bonus

Are you a qualified accountant looking to combine technical accounting, team leadership and international stakeholder management within a creative, fast-paced business?

A high-growth, globally recognised entertainment business is seeking a Finance Manager to join its central finance function, supporting a key revenue-generating division. This is a high-profile role overseeing accounting and reporting for several European businesses, while managing and developing a team of qualified finance professionals.

4 days a week in their central London office

The role will include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of accountants
  • Managing the month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Overseeing accounting across revenue, costs, fixed and intangible assets, inventory, production and intercompany
  • Preparing quarterly and annual reporting, cash-flow statements and variance/flux analysis
  • Maintaining a robust controls environment and continuously improving processes
  • Acting as the key contact for internal and external audit
  • Partnering with local finance teams across EMEA
  • Working with international tax colleagues on transfer-pricing policies
  • Supporting project accounting and selected budgeting activities

We're looking for:

  • An ACA, ACCA or CIMA-qualified accountant
  • Post-qualified financial accounting and reporting experience
  • Previous team management or leadership experience
  • Experience working within a SOX-controlled environment
  • Internal and external audit exposure
  • Strong knowledge of balance-sheet reconciliations and flux analysis
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, international environment
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and genuine interest in developing people
