Are you a CCAB-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in the charity, international charity or NGO sector? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, purpose-led organisation supporting globally focused, grant-funded programmes. Working closely with senior leaders and international stakeholders, you'll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial controls, donor reporting and audit processes across a complex, multi-country environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Producing insightful management accounts and financial analysis
- Overseeing month-end, year-end and audit processes
- Managing grant and donor reporting requirements
- Cash flow, reserves and financial risk management
- Business partnering with senior leadership and programme teams
- Driving process improvement and strong financial governance

About you:
- CCAB-qualified accountant (essential)
- Proven Finance Manager/Head of Finance level experience
- Strong background in the charity, NGO, international development or grant-funded sector
- Experience of donor-funded programmes and grant reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working across multiple entities, countries and time zones
