Finance NQ – Leading US Law Firm – London – March / September 2027
A leading US law firm is looking for a March or September 2027 NQ to join its highly regarded Finance team in London.
The team advises borrowers, sponsors, lenders and other financial institutions on a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions, including:
- Leveraged and acquisition finance
- Direct lending and private credit
- Domestic and cross-border syndicated lending
- Distressed debt transactions
- Portfolio acquisitions
- Refinancings and restructurings

The candidate
The firm is looking for a March or September 2027 qualifier with credible Finance experience gained during their training contract.
Candidates should have trained at a leading UK or US law firm, have excellent academics and be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in developing their career in Finance.
