TCES Group (The Complete Education Solution) is a social enterprise providing independent special education through award-winning schools and specialist services across London. The group includes TCES East London, TCES North West London and Nurture Primary day schools, as well as Outreach services for children and young people with complex, high needs. National Online School is the only online SEND school in the country to be independently quality assured by the Department for Education, supporting learners aged 5 to 25 who cannot access physical school settings. Pupils often have experienced significant adversity, multiple exclusions and long periods out of education, yet independent research shows that 90% progress into education, training or employment within three to five years of leaving TCES. Over 26 years, TCES has never permanently or fixed-term excluded a pupil, reflecting a strong commitment to inclusion.

Role Description
The Finance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Wimbledon, providing day-to-day transactional finance support, with a primary focus on the accurate and timely processing of purchase invoices, maintenance of the Finance inbox, supplier administration and support with expenses, approvals and payment processes. The role provides responsive customer service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring that finance records are maintained accurately and queries are followed up promptly.
The post holder will also provide support with routine sales invoicing and other finance administration as required, working closely with the Finance Team to ensure effective day to day financial processing, good communication with budget holders and continuity of service across the team.

Candidates should possess:
- Demonstrable experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger or similar role.
- Knowledge of purchase ledger, expenses and transaction finance processes.
- Positive customer service skills.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., AAT, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent finance experience in education, social enterprise or not-for-profit settings are beneficial.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g. Sage 200c) and MS Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a busy environment are beneficial.
