How You’ll Make An Impact
You will be an essential engine of our daily operations, gaining valuable end-to-end experience across a broad spectrum of financial functions:
- Core Financials: Manage day-to-day sales and purchase ledgers, and cashier tasks using our finance systems.
- Problem Solving: Own the finance, sales ledger and subsidiary inboxes, serving as the helpful main point of contact for internal colleagues and external suppliers.
- Audit Support: Play a key role in supporting the annual audit of the Group’s financial statements.
- Process Excellence: Maintain accurate, methodical records while upholding strict data confidentiality and integrity.
What You’ll Bring
- Education & Tech: Level 2 (GCSE grade C/4 or above) in English and Maths, alongside strong, adaptable IT skills.
- Relevant Experience: Background in finance, business administration, or the education sector is ideal, but a sharp eye for detail and a drive to learn are just as vital.
- Personal Attributes: A flexible, organized mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively under daily guidance.
