Are you a finance professional who enjoys making things run smoothly, spotting the detail others miss and helping a business succeed behind the scenes?

Fullers Family Law, an Investors in People Gold Award firm, is seeking a Finance Officer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with our Head of Finance, supporting the day-to-day running of the firm’s finance function.

This is a full-time role, reporting to the Head of Finance, covering our Milton Keynes and Bedford office.

This role is initially offered on a fixed-term contract of six months to support the business during a period of operational change and system implementation. At the end of the fixed-term period, the ongoing business requirement for the role will be reviewed. Should a continuing need for the role exist, there may be an opportunity for the position to become permanent.

Who Are We?

At Fullers Family Law, it is not just about the job, it is about a way of life.

We are looking for people who want to learn, grow and develop with us. People who take pride in getting things right, enjoy solving problems and work collaboratively to help others succeed.

We need people with ideas, initiative and potential. People who care about the quality of their work and want to make a difference.

In finance, that means showing up with accuracy, clarity and professionalism, while also being approachable, helpful, and ready to support with confidence and care.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
