Finance Officer

A Finance Officer in the not-for-profit sector will focus on managing day-to-day financial tasks to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting. This role is essential for maintaining financial records and supporting the accounting team with various administrative duties.

Client Details

A not-for-profit organisation based near Leatherhead.

Description

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices and receipts.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation.
  • Assist in improving financial processes and systems.
