📍 Work Setup

This role is fully remote for candidates outside İstanbul. For those based in İstanbul, we follow a hybrid model; 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

About The Role

We're looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to own the financial backbone of our B2C subscription business across our UK and Turkey entities. You'll be central to understanding unit economics, tracking profitability across our portfolio of subscription apps, and finding ways to improve margins, from payment processing costs to operational efficiency. You'll work directly with our CEO and coordinate with external partners, including accountants, auditors, and grant/loan advisors, across both jurisdictions.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Own unit economics and P&L tracking across our portfolio of subscription apps, consolidating financials across our entities
  • Monitor profitability by app and by market, flagging trends and risks early
  • Identify and execute ways to optimize payment service provider (PSP) fees and other costs that affect net revenue
  • Coordinate with local accountants and auditors in the UK and Turkey to ensure accurate, timely consolidated reporting
  • Supervise our relationships with third parties, tracking timelines and reconciling disbursements against our financials
  • Build and maintain financial models and reporting, using AI tools to speed up analysis and reduce manual work
  • Support ad hoc business operations tasks as the company scales
  • As you grow into the role, partner with the CEO on reviewing department efficiency and surfacing growth opportunities across the business

What We're Looking For

  • ~3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or business operations, ideally in a subscription or B2C startup environment
  • AI-native: you use AI tools as part of your everyday workflow, building models, automating recurring reporting, and speeding up analysis
  • Strong Excel/spreadsheet modeling skills; SQL or scripting experience is a plus
  • Understanding of subscription business metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, MRR/ARR) and how they roll up into unit economics
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and owning a broad scope in a lean team
  • Experience working across multiple legal entities or jurisdictions is a plus, especially UK and Turkey
  • Fluent in English
  • Trustworthy and detail-oriented: you'll have visibility into sensitive financial data across the business
