Job Title: Finance Operations
Location: Hybrid - Kings Cross
Remuneration: £40.31 per hour (£83,000 per annum)
Contract Details: Temporary, 12 months
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reconciliation and invoice processing across multiple parties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer budgets, track costs, and support payment approval workflows to facilitate financial operations.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports utilising Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and other reporting tools to provide insights.
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders across different organisations, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of consortium financial information under NDA, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
- Support compliance with GDPR and UK data protection requirements to safeguard sensitive information.
- Assist with financial operations in telecommunications, infrastructure, or consortium environments.

Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance operations, particularly in multi-party billing and reconciliation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and financial reporting tools, enabling efficient data handling.
- Experience coordinating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of GDPR and UK data protection requirements to ensure compliance.
- A professional services background is highly desirable.
- Experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, or consortium environments is preferred but not essential.
