Finance Operations Analyst | Cash & Treasury
Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for cash management, reconciliations, and operational excellence?
We're recruiting for a Finance Operations Analyst to take ownership of a business-critical cash function within a fast-growing financial services organisation.
The Opportunity
- Own the end-to-end management of all business cash movements across multiple entities.
- Take responsibility for maintaining and reconciling business bank statements, ensuring all transactions are accurately posted and allocated.
- Manage intercompany cash allocations and settlements, maintaining strong financial controls and accuracy.
- Oversee Direct Debit processing, payment runs, and cash reconciliations.
- Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to resolve queries, improve processes, and identify automation opportunities.

About You
- Experience in cash operations, treasury, finance operations, or loan administration within Financial Services.
- Strong background in bank reconciliations, cash allocation, and high-volume transaction processing.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems and large data sets.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to take ownership and continuously improve processes.
- Studying towards AAT, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA would be advantageous.
