Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join a growing investment management business. This position sits at the heart of the finance and investor operations function, supporting shareholder transactions, investor reporting, cash management, and key stakeholder relationships.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the accurate administration of investor activity, maintaining high-quality reporting standards, and providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role offers excellent exposure to investment operations, financial reporting, and wider fund management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Administration & Shareholder Transactions
- Manage weekly shareholder allotments and subscription processing, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Coordinate shareholder exits, redemptions, and withdrawal requests in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate investor records and supporting documentation.
- Respond to investor and adviser queries, providing a high level of service and professionalism.

Financial Operations
- Prepare and execute payment runs across multiple entities, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Support banking administration, including monitoring cash positions, setting up payments, and maintaining banking relationships.
- Assist with cash flow management and reconciliation activities across the group.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare quarterly investor statements and bi-annual investor reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collate and analyse data for investor reporting requirements.
- Support the production of management information and operational reporting as required.
- Assist with data requests from Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), auditors, and other external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for investor and adviser enquiries.
- Maintain strong relationships with external service providers, including depositaries, banking partners, and professional advisers.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of investor and finance operations.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance existing processes.
- Assist with the implementation of new procedures, controls, and reporting capabilities.
- Support ongoing projects and ad-hoc analysis as required.
