Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly cash forecasts and manage cash flow, including identifying investment opportunities.
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual regulatory returns (including US and Canadian packs).
- Liaise with Underwriters, Brokers, and senior management to ensure that overdue premium is collected in a timely manner.
- Liaise with operations and outsourced service providers to ensure the accurate processing of premium.
- Work with detailed and complex spreadsheets to analyze and review financial data.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist finance projects and process improvements.
- Respond to internal and external queries regarding financial data.

Qualifications:
- Good PC skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- The ideal candidate would be eager to develop a career in finance and grow within the department.
- Basic insurance knowledge is advantageous, but not essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Team player with ability to meet reporting deadlines.
