We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer/Consultant

Join our Dynamics & Power Platform team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and optimising our D365 F&O platform, ensuring it continues to deliver value across the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for D365 Finance & Operations support and enhancements
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into effective solutions
  • Configure and maintain D365 F&O modules aligned to business needs
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to business users
  • Manage platform enhancements, defects, and change requests
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and third-party partners to deliver improvements
  • Facilitate workshops, recommend process improvements, and drive optimisation initiatives
  • Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities
  • Maintain system documentation and support materials
  • Assist with releases, deployments, governance, and platform maintenance

What we're looking for

Essential

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Strong understanding of Finance Management processes
  • Experience translating business requirements into solution designs
  • Experience supporting and configuring D365 F&O environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working within Agile and project delivery environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Desirable

  • D365 F&O implementation, upgrade, or transformation experience
  • Azure Logic Apps experience
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps)
  • Azure DevOps and release management experience
  • Experience integrating D365 F&O with other Microsoft technologies
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
  • Experience with ISV solutions and third-party integrations
