Programme Overview
On this programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by delivering high-quality reporting and finance managed services through digital and AI-enabled platforms. Working in collaborative, high-performing teams, you’ll help transform finance functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and trust for clients. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll build technical, digital and stakeholder management skills while delivering meaningful impact across clients and industries.

- Deliver high-quality reporting for global clients, creating real impact through accurate, trusted financial information.
- Use technology, data and AI-enabled tools to streamline processes, solve complex reporting challenges and improve efficiency within the finance function.
- Collaborate with multi-location teams across the business and clients to share insights and deliver seamless outcomes.
- Build your skills through hands-on experience, coaching and exposure to digital, future-focused finance delivery models.
Please note: If you are successful in securing an offer you will be required to remain in Northern Ireland for the entire duration of the programme. The offer cannot be transferred to any other EY location in the UK or Ireland.
