About Humanoid

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND-01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.

About The Role

As Finance Operations Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day financial engine of the business: managing payables and receivables, running close processes, ensuring accurate books, and improving how data flows through the organisation. You will also help drive continuous improvement in systems, controls, and reporting—building the operational discipline that underpins scale.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and FP&A Lead, while also partnering with procurement, engineering, supply chain, people, and product teams to ensure financial processes are integrated, efficient, and fit for purpose.

This role combines ownership of financial execution with process transformation, systems thinking, and stakeholder enablement.

What You’ll Do

Finance Operations Ownership

  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination, and vendor payments across entities
  • Manage the month-end close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
  • Maintain clean, timely, and accurate records in our accounting systems across multi-entity and multi-currency operations
  • Ensure internal finance operations run smoothly, with minimal manual effort or friction

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
