Do you like to own things, fix what isn't working and see a job through? We have a role with real variety and a team that will back you.

NuServe is an independent, family-run commercial cleaning and facilities company, and a certified B Corp. Around 600 people work with us, and our head office team in Crawley keeps everything running smoothly behind them.

We are looking for a Finance Operations & Office Coordinator to join our finance team. This is a finance operations role with plenty of range. You will look after ordering and purchasing for our sites from start to finish, keep our product pricing and spend reporting accurate, and champion office management at head office.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning our ordering process end to end, from approved quote through to delivery and goods receipt.
  • Keeping product pricing, price lists and site order templates accurate and up to date.
  • Tracking budget against actual spend, and sending monthly materials and consumables reports to our Account Managers.
  • Working closely with Account Managers so that orders arrive on time and stay within budget.
  • Getting new contracts off to a smooth start, with uniforms and equipment ordered and delivered when they are needed.
  • Championing office management at head office: suppliers, health and safety checks, equipment, team events, and being the person people come to first.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
