causaLens builds AI-powered Digital Workers that automate high-stakes enterprise workflows. We want Finance and Revenue Operations to work the same way: AI-native, systemised, and lean. This role pairs with the CFO to run the full finance and GTM operations function, supported by automated workflows and specialist external advisors, with no plans to grow the internal team headcount beyond the two of you. You will own the day-to-day operating cadence and lead our systems roadmap. Your first task is to evaluate and finalise our ERP selection from a shortlist of AI-native platforms, leading technical due diligence and vendor validation before committing. You then own the migration and everything that follows. What you’ll do Months 1–6: Systems foundation Lead ERP selection and migration: Own technical due diligence and vendor validation, data mapping, integrations, and go-live from NetSuite to our new AI-native ERP. Automate the close engine: Engineer >80% of routine journal entries and reconciliations to run automatically; target ≤5 business days to close. Deploy AP & payroll automation: Configure Pleo/Cledara integrations for touchless AP, and HiBob payroll module with automated GL sync. Months 6–12: Revenue & GTM integration Own quote-to-cash: Connect HubSpot deals through contract execution, ERP invoicing, and automated collections. Maintain ARR/MRR as a live, reconciled number across systems. Build the FP&A data layer: Connect the ERP to a future planning tool with clean dimensional structure so actuals feed automatically into board reporting cycles—no manual data prep. Be “Customer Zero”: Partner with Engineering to deploy at least two causaLens Digital Workers into live finance workflows (e.g., AP routing, variance narrative generation).

3–6 years in Finance Systems, RevOps, or Technical Finance Operations: systems architects and operators, not ledger accountants. ERP implementation experience: you have migrated a company from a legacy system and owned the technical execution. CRM-to-ERP integration: you have connected HubSpot (or equivalent) to an ERP billing module and understand what clean quote-to-cash data architecture looks like. Workflow automation mindset: Zapier/Make/n8n-style thinking; you automate first and hire second. AI-native working style: you actively use AI tools to accelerate reconciliations, clean data, and turn SOPs into repeatable workflows. Nice to have: basic SQL/Python; HRIS integration experience; SaaS revenue recognition (IFRS 15 / ASC 606). What success looks like at 12 months ERP live: zero data loss, all CRM/HRIS integrations running automatically. Close engine: >80% of journals automated, books closed in ≤5 days. Quote-to-cash: deal close to invoice with no manual handoffs; ARR a live number. FP&A data layer: actuals feed automatically into planning tool, board-ready without prep. Digital Workers: two internal agents in live production. Scalable stack: Finance + RevOps runs at $30m+ ARR with CFO + you. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
