About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Financial Operations Analyst to support a large-scale, international infrastructure programme involving multiple organizations, telecommunications partners, and consortium stakeholders.
This is a highly operational finance role, focused on reconciliation, invoicing, payment workflows, budget tracking, and stakeholder coordination rather than traditional accounting or complex financial modelling.
You’ll work across multiple parties and international stakeholders, helping ensure invoices are processed correctly, financial information is accurately tracked, and payment-related issues are followed up and resolved.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage financial reconciliation and invoice processing across multiple parties.
- Track budgets, costs, purchase orders, and payment approval workflows.
- Follow up on outstanding or delayed invoices and resolve billing queries.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports using Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and other reporting tools.
- Coordinate with telecommunications partners, consortium members, and senior stakeholders.
- Support financial operations across international projects and multiple time zones.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Handle confidential financial information in accordance with NDA requirements.
- Support compliance with GDPR and UK data protection requirements.
- Assist with administrative and contractual finance activities across a complex infrastructure programme.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
