Senior Finance / PA
Hybrid Working, Flexible
Our client is a highly successful entrepreneur and requires a flexible individual to manage a selection of companies and interests on their behalf. They are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant & Management Accounts Administrator to become a trusted part of their team.
This is a varied role combining financial management with executive support, offering flexibility through a hybrid working arrangement. It would suit someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on variety and is confident taking ownership of both accounts and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts across multiple businesses.
- Maintain accounting records, reconciliations and financial reports.
- Bookkeeping, invoicing and cash flow monitoring.
- Liaise with external accountants and professional advisers.
- Assist with budgets, VAT returns and financial administration where required.

PA & Business Support
- Diary and email management.
- Property administration across a portfolio of investment properties.
- Organising meetings, appointments and travel.
- Managing correspondence and confidential documentation.
- Providing administrative support across a number of business interests.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and day-to-day operational requirements.
About You
You will be:
- Experienced in producing monthly management accounts with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable managing bookkeeping and financial administration across multiple entities.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise competing demands.
- An experienced PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrator with excellent communication skills.
- Trustworthy, discreet and confident working directly with a business owner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Xero or Sage.
