Finance Paralegal (Structured Finance) | Leading UK Law Firm | London | Hybrid
Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Paralegal to join a highly regarded Banking & Finance team, working directly with a Partner specialising in Structured Finance. The role offers exposure to a broad range of finance transactions, including asset-backed securitisations, bond issuances, lending platform establishments, structured real estate finance, social housing finance, and regulatory capital matters. This role offers a high level of responsibility and direct partner exposure, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting on a variety of structured finance transactions
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
- Conducting legal research
- Liaising with clients and transaction parties
- Providing support throughout the lifecycle of complex deals
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong academics and be bright, commercially aware, and proactive. Previous finance experience is not essential, however, candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to grasp new concepts quickly, and a genuine enthusiasm for working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
