Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 depending on experience.

About the Role
We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our Coffee Category, partnering closely with Marketing, Category Development and Commercial teams to drive sustainable growth and profitability across our portfolio. This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, shape investment priorities, and support some of Nestlé's most iconic brands.
As a trusted business partner, you will provide commercial and financial leadership, ensuring optimal resource allocation, robust forecasting, and effective performance management to deliver both growth and profit objectives.

Your Impact
- Support the delivery of Market Business Strategy (MBS), Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP), and Monthly Business Planning (MBP) processes to drive category growth and profitability.
- Lead forecasting for assigned brands and segments, providing clear financial insight, risk assessment, and recommendations.
- Analyse brand and category performance, including sales, NNS, margin, and profitability trends, to support business decision-making.
- Lead profitability reviews and monitor key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Optimise marketing, trade, and promotional investments to maximise return on investment and support portfolio strategy.
- Evaluate new product launches, portfolio optimisation opportunities, pricing, and volume initiatives to protect and improve margins.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Category Development, Sales Finance, and Commercial teams to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Drive best practices, consistency, and collaboration across planning, reporting, and financial management processes while fostering a strong One Finance Team culture.

Your Ingredients for Success
We are looking for a commercially minded and proactive finance professional who combines strong analytical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be naturally curious, detail-oriented, and confident in translating complex financial information into clear business recommendations. With a collaborative approach and strong influencing skills, you will build effective relationships across Marketing, Commercial, and Finance teams while constructively challenging decisions to drive better business outcomes. You will be highly organised, adaptable, and results-focused, with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering value in a fast-paced environment.

You will have:
- Experience within Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Partnering or Financial Controlling roles.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Experience analysing P&Ls and turning financial data into business insights.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support commercial decision-making.
In addition to this you will have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commercially focused with the ability to challenge constructively.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
