You'll make an impact by
- You are responsible for LoA coordination and assisting the LoA Process Owner
- You negotiate service agreements with our customers and expand our business.
- You improve relationships and visibility to enable earlier interaction and focus on our services during negotiations.
- You are responsible for the digitalization and improvement of our overall LoA and approval process.
- You enable the experienced use of data analytics to predict and model market vertical trends, portfolio and customer installed base.
- You are an integral part of planning, budget, and forecasting, and you are operating the creation of new business models and determining business cases, scalability and following up.

This Is How You'll Win Us Over
- You have several years of experience in customer-related functions.
- You have outstanding judgment and negotiation capabilities.
- You have validated ability to work with different partners across organizations and portfolios, and you have outstanding analytical skills.
- You have a master’s degree in finance or business administration.
- Proficiency in English completes your profile.
