Finance Process Analyst – Media - 12-month FTC - £45,000- £50,000 - Manchester – Hybrid (1 day a week)
An exciting opportunity for a Finance Process Analyst to join a Finance Continuous Improvement team during a major period of business change for a large well-known Media business.
This is a hands-on finance change role, focused on supporting a significant transformation programme over the next 12 months. Reporting to the RTR Global Process Owner, you’ll work across the business to help deliver process improvements and embed change.

Key Responsibilities
- Support finance transformation and change projects, with a focus on Record to Report (RTR).
- Work closely with operational finance teams to improve and implement processes.
- Review and standardise finance processes, process maps and SOPs.
- Support requirements gathering, UAT and implementation activity.
- Work across different areas of the business to help deliver change effectively.

About You
- Strong operational finance experience
- Ideally RTR experience.
- Experience working on finance projects, transformation or process change.
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant desirable.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to get involved across different areas of the business.
- Proactive, adaptable and collaborative, with a strong can-do attitude.
