The Role
We are looking for a Finance Process Analyst to join the Process & Infrastructure (PI) team within Group Finance. In this role, you will provide support, advice and practical solutions to Finance systems users across our global offices, acting as a key point of contact for system and process-related queries. You will manage day-to-day support through ServiceNow and ad hoc requests, resolve system issues, maintain data integrity and authorisations, and identify opportunities for improvement. Working closely with Technology and senior colleagues, you will also support system enhancements and change initiatives that help drive efficient and effective finance operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support and guidance to global finance users on finance policies, processes and the effective use of SAP R/3.
- Develop and maintain policy and process documentation, contributing to the Finance Manual and supporting the creation and delivery of user training and communications.
- Manage and maintain matter management processes within and outside SAP R/3, including matter opening, time recording, time transfers, billing and debt collection activities.
- Review, approve and progress system access and authorisation requests, ensuring compliance with finance policies and appropriate segregation of duties.
- Conduct periodic authorisation reviews in collaboration with Global Finance Managers and external auditors to support governance and control requirements.
- Monitor system error logs, investigate and resolve issues promptly, liaising with end users and cross-functional teams such as HR and Technology as required.
- Prepare change request documentation and work closely with Technology teams to implement, test and deploy system enhancements, ensuring smooth adoption across offices.
- Support senior Process & Infrastructure colleagues on strategic initiatives and business-as-usual projects, including user acceptance testing, solution implementation and end-user training.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
