Our people are at the heart of our business and we’re recruiting for Finance Process Apprentice. This role will be full time office based position at our Colchester office. This is an exciting time to join us as we’re rapidly expanding our Finance team.

What You’ll Do
Providing High Levels Of Customer Service, You’ll
- Assist in documenting business processes, issues, and improvement opportunities across operational and finance functions.
- Support the identification of efficiencies, automation opportunities, and process improvements.
- Help monitor interface processes to support service level agreement (SLA) targets and maximise operational performance.
- Assist with the monitoring and reporting of the global Missing Invoice (Attris) process.
- Support the maintenance, testing, and configuration of finance systems, including Travcom and related applications.
- Assist with system updates, enhancements, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Help ensure that system changes, updates, and guidance are communicated effectively to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Work with internal support teams to help ensure critical systems remain operational and issues are escalated appropriately.
- Prepare and maintain clear, accurate, and consistent process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with global teams to promote consistent processes and best practices.
- Support investigations into system validation failures and assist in identifying potential solutions with IT, Data, and Application Support teams.
- Contribute to process reviews and improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
- Actively develop an understanding of process management methodologies and continuous improvement principles.

What we’re looking for
- Strong interest in business systems, technology, data and process improvement.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
- Willingness to undertake training and professional development as part of the apprenticeship programme.
